The Institute of Public Scholarship, Sounds of Our Stories & Collect and Recover Wellness Present:

A Vibrational Sound Bath with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, A Mayan Ocean Drum, and vocals to support healing, grounding, and restoration.

During this sound bath, Tory Trujillo, who is home visiting from Seattle, will play Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, A Mayan Ocean Drum, and sing to support healing, grounding, and restoration. Participants will be led into the experience with guided breath work and an embodiment practice and will receive a powerful Vibrational Sound Bath. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, pillows, and anything else desired to create a nest of comfort. There will be a community altar, and you are welcome to bring something to place on the altar during our time together.
